When I was little, I drew a picture of our house and the yard. My father looked at it and told me the only thing wrong with it was that tree trunks aren’t brown.
And that began a life-long lesson in perspective for me as an artist that has guided me in going against the grain and making decisions that have helped me to follow fulfilling my vision as an artist despite any odds I’ve been up against.
Jenny Blake is an author, career and business strategist and international speaker who helps people organize their brain, move beyond burnout, and build sustainable, dynamic careers they love.
